Ad maiora! è una locuzione latina che si traduce letteralmente con «Verso cose più grandi!». È una formula di augurio usata normalmente nei brindisi per augurare «ancora più grandi successi» (maiora) nel lavoro, nella scuola o nella carriera o nell’amore. L’espressione è utilizzata ancora oggi con lo stesso significato.

It is a formula of
wish normally used in toast
to <wish ‘even greater success > (maiora) at work, in school or in career or love. The expression is still used today with the same meaning.
